  • You agree to use the EmazingSM website in compliance with the terms of service of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or any other social media platforms.
  • EmazingSM reserves the right to adjust service rates at any time without notice. Changes to rates do not affect the payment/refund policy.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Refunds will not be provided for processing delays.
  • We strive to deliver the services as advertised but may modify service types as needed to complete an order.

  • EmazingSM is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused to you or your business.

Liabilities

  • EmazingSM is not liable for account suspensions, post deletions, or penalties imposed by social media platforms. The risks associated with using our services are your sole responsibility.

2. Service

  • EmazingSM provides services designed to promote your social media accounts and enhance their appearance only.
  • We DO NOT guarantee interactions from new followers or profile completeness (e.g., profile pictures, bios).
  • Content uploaded to EmazingSM must comply with social media platform guidelines. Prohibited content, including nudity, is not allowed.
  • We reserve the right to deny service, refunds, or refills at our discretion.
  • Overdelivery may occur and is not our responsibility.
  • Private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Ensure your account is public before ordering.
  • "Non-drop" services may still experience occasional drops due to platform purges.
  • Lifetime warranty applies for the lifetime of the shop.
  • Changing the link or page during service voids your order.

3. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable. Deposits must be used for orders on EmazingSM.
  • Filing disputes or chargebacks will result in termination of services and account ban.
  • Refunds are issued as credits to your EmazingSM account if an order cannot be delivered.
  • Orders for private or incorrect accounts will not be refunded. Confirm all details before placing an order.
  • Fraudulent activity, such as using stolen credit cards, results in account termination.
  • Duplicate orders for the same service on the same account/post are non-refundable.
  • Drops in "non-refillable" services do not qualify for refills or refunds.

4. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is a top priority. Personal information is used solely to fulfill your orders and is stored securely.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
